🔥 Heat Press Instructions

(Include this directly in your listing)

Application Settings:

• Temperature: 300–320°F

• Pressure: Medium to firm

• Time: 10–12 seconds

Steps:

1. Pre-press garment for 5 seconds to remove moisture/wrinkles.

2. Position transfer on garment.

3. Press at 300–320°F for 10–12 seconds with medium/firm pressure.

4. Let cool slightly, then peel (warm or cold peel both work).

5. Cover design with parchment or Teflon and re-press for 5 seconds to seal.
